I am also a native Californian, like my wife, but I was born and raised around the Sacramento area.  I attended high school at Valley High and Calvine High, and I attended Joseph Kerr for Jr. High.  After high school I kind of hung out for awhile, but I kept working in the mechanical field.  I worked for ATO Transmissions, Honda of Sacramento, and even Sears.  Then I went back into the Army National Guard and worked with a great unit up in Oroville, CA.  At the same time, I was hired by the U.S. Postal Service and worked for the  (West) Sacramento Mail Processing Center.  Great pay and benefits, but the most of the supervisors s*ck.
 

Now, I am serving active duty in Germany, and love my job.  If you haven't already seen their pages, I have two beautiful kids and a wife that is a computer "geek".  (You think I had time to make this page?!?)  I like to play pool, fish, barbeque (I make great ribs), and hang out with my buddies.  Now that we are in Alaska, I want to add hunting to my list of interests.  I also play the guitar.  My wife thinks I'm pretty good, but...well, I'm still learning.  I can play Metallica pretty well.
